Management Profiles Sebastiano Nativo Founder Sebastiano “Sam” Nativo has over fifty years of experience in every aspect of the building and construction industry. Under his management, the company has become known for its high quality standards and reliable performance, and has established a proven track record in the construction industry. He is known as a hands-on executive who is deeply committed to civic participation. Mr. Nativo has received numerous honors for his professional and public service. Vincent S. Nativo, RA, AIA Vincent is the second generation to join the staff of Nativo, LLC and has over fifteen years of experience in the design and construction industry. He attended Pratt Institute where he studied architecture and in 1996 received a Bachelor of Architecture degree with honors. In 2005, Vincent had received his architectural license and is registered to practice architecture in the state of New York. Vincent is a strong project manager with an ability to successfully coordinate the project work with the architects, engineers and subcontractors while maintaining the project budget and schedule. Vincent is a member of AIA New York Vincent Nativo As chief estimator, Vincent is directly responsible for overseeing all of the firm’s construction operations, including supervision of all estimating, bidding, awarding of subcontracts, purchasing, and project cost control. “Vinny” has been extensively involved in the company’s construction operations, business development, financial matters, as well as the administrative human resources manager since 1970. Vincent serves as secretary for the Rotary of Verrazano organization and is a member of Community Board 11 Christopher Nativo Christopher “Chris” Nativo joined Nativo LLC in 1968. Christopher has over forty years experience in the construction industry and his responsibilities include general field supervision and field human resource management for Nativo LLC. As a general superintendent, he is involved in field operations, quality control and scheduled completion of the company’s projects. Christopher not only has hands-on experience in construction in the United States, but also in Italy and Switzerland.
